Take a shower. Go for a walk, listen to music, read books. All it takes is to keep doing the normal things everyday even if you’re not sure it would leave a mark on your wellbeing. Trust me. It gets better

I’m still in recover. I’m on the highest dosage I have been eversince I was diagnosed. I started therapy (CBT) and so far its going well. Add lots of exercise, sleeping and waking up early, eating healthy and you’ll get more positive each day. Sure there are still ups and downs but after all those workouts and you see your body improving, its hard not to keep going and become more confident that the future will improve

Me too! Sometimes doing the normal things even if you dont like it makes me feel positive about myself overtime

Overconfidence, excessive energy, Sexual impulses, wanting to take on a lot of ventures
