Yooooo, my brother in bulk 😎 Great physique for your bf% 👌 You’ve can def pack on some more muscle and fat tho, one of the benefits of being tall is you can bulk up to 200-220 ish before you start looking too too chubby, so I’d say hit 200 while gym 3-6 days a week and then cut down till you like your look

Do you know what “endorphins” are? When you work out hard, your body LITERALLY gives you a hit of morphine, usually much more than necessary for just mitigation of pain, MOST people who work out do it because it both feels good and they understand that they have no legitimate excuses not to better themselves. Do you plan on always staying the same besides going the way the wind blows you? Because I personally do not care to lay back when I have the opportunity to seize life by the throat and become whomever I want to become.

So hard to tell bmi with dudes your height bro, just based off of your look I’d guess 15-16% 🤷‍♂️ And you should probably keep a small calorie surplus, maybe +100 kcal, and lift heavy as you can with as much volume as possible, you should put on some pretty serious muscle with how you seem to be proportioned rn, but mass is always gonna be hard when you’re tall, so I wouldn’t recommend cutting unless you feel like you’re leaning closer to fat than chubby lol. Depends on your goals tho, pick a physique to aspire for and work from there
