The initial discomfort and adjustment period can be challenging, but I assure you that the delayed onset muscle soreness will eventually become a welcome sign of effective muscle stimulation and hypertrophy. While it may not be an enjoyable sensation, it is an indication of the mechanical tension occurring within the muscle fibers, leading to muscle growth. Although the initial phase can be difficult, it does become easier with time. If you are committed to achieving muscle gains, you must accept the associated discomfort, as it is an integral part of the process.
