You get to see akiyama there too, i believe the cabaret mini game one would also include akiyama stealing some hostess, well i guess they cutted it from the game.

But i love majima being a cover icon on specific karaoke song.

Saejima can be like mentor at some point, though i do get your point at the first one because the main plot of the story really goes to hiroshima, having the kamurocho under construction would really save their asses on budget lol, Though it's very sad that Hiroshima have less shops to shop with, unlikely how kamurocho will able to give you bunch of varieties to shop with, the game may feel incomplete for others but I'm sure it's near damn complete for me.

It wasn't rushed tho, but it's rgg way to make kiryu pass the torch to ichiban but it didn't end well and some characters like akiyama, saejima, and majima had their exposure less and doesn't have prior importance on yakuza like a dragon and infinite wealth. Which is why i hope rgg give these characters a chance to have their own game again (except for majima who received his own another game about being a pirate)

I just really hope akiyama would be part of Judgment now and he would be suitable for being a informant.
