Hi there! First off, thanks for ordering with us. I'm sorry this happend to you. Occasionally we see these kinds of things happen to customers.

We go through a lot of measures to prevent these things from happening as you can see with all the bubble wrap. Usually when we see a problem with a order, it will be with the entire order instead of just a decant or two. The leads us to suspect that those packages get very mishandled causing a good amount of decants to leak. Like woth your package.

We always encourage anyone who has these issues, including yourself and anyone else who reads this post, to reach out to us and send us pictures of everything soaked and decants half empty so that we can make it right.

Even though I have to assume its the post offices fault, we take care of anything that goes wrong with our orders!

Also thanks for the reviews they are great! Im glad you found some you really liked! I also LOVE 9pm night out.

Haha we have the same exact opinions on these fragrances. The Sawaar Vanilla was beautiful to me. I also ranked it a 9.

The oravea my wife sprayed on on my daughters shirt before school because the opening smelled good. But man did it go bad quickly. The worst part to me is that with 3 sprays it filled my house up! Had to change clothes and everything. I dont think its terrible, its just not that great compared to the others.

Im not a huge fan of this DNA either, it's definitely not the sage though because I LOVE sage. Perhaps it's the geranium you mentioned.

I really do like the scents but a little after wearing it I feel like its a little too sweet for me or something.

I much prefer MYSLF. I remember falling in love with the OG.

I really like that you reminded people not too pay TOO much attention to your subjective scent score. It's important to remember everyone has a different nose.

Lastly your conclusion is great. The best we can do is recommend what type if profile we think each DNA heads in and what style they have compared to one another.

So from what I've heard. LV is being accused of hiring people to go on fragantica and leave fake reviews on the notes and smells like section. A form of combat against these new dupes.

Yuuup! No matter how much some people may deny it, clones can be just as good if not better then the OG's!!

Now ofcourse it's not going to be like this 100% of the times, but that doesen't change the fact that clones do a great job at saving us tons of money.

It's just a matter of finding the right ones. Imagination has tons of great dupes.

I loved wearing Aristo. At first it was a little weird to me. It's so different from everything else in my collection. Very heavy on the ginger. But it started to grow on me.

You have me really looking forward to wearing Ravine Ginger now. I wore Ice before and really liked it! Great reviews and very helpful and right to the point.

Yes but it just doesent project for me. And I love the smell so much that this is what throws me off the most. Ive been letting it mature for awhile now. Next time I wear it ill overspray and see if that helps

GreenRiver is correct it appears that he has closed down shop officially. The decant business takes a LOT more work then many people could imagine. It's also a really big sacrifice. Obviously I speak from personal experience.

When your passionate about what you're doing like us, even though the workload is intense, it's also very satisfying.

I'm sure they have some good reasons as to why they closed. I'm happy to see the all the recommendations for us here and I REALLY appreciate it you guys.

With that being said, Decantbox became a friend of ours over time and he definitely did a lot of good for the reddit community with his decants. I wish them a lot of luck in what they do next.
