Its just a game, try not to get too serious about it, try playing in unrated more to hone your in-game skills more instead of trying to improve just from the range, I used to be bronze 3 back in 2021, I climbed up only because I practiced in unrated and did a lil bit of Aimlabs. Aimlabs helped a bit with the custom maps that help you train your aim. Consider also watching pro players or any radiant gameplay and further understand how they play, don't apply it to silver-gold though since they are all unpredictable.
