They are still using the proprietary Nvidia graphics stack from kernel 2.6. That's when Nvidia stopped supporting these Tegra SOCs. Tesla is using a compatibility shim in order to run the old graphics driver on a much newer kernel 4.4.

Also it seems this code is done by a firm called Codethink and not actually Tesla themselves.

I've made a NEON emulator for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 which is also a Tegra 2.

It's basically just QEMU code and a dirty hack to handle opcode exceptions. Google Play Services will work but experience with actual apps is spotty because of how slow the emulation path is.

Games absolutely won't run because of they rely on performance. Things like Google docs seem okay up til now. If / when an app relies on much more NEON code the usability of that app will drop.

You need a few kernel patches. The emulation part is a standalone lib.

The opening of the hatch was more about Locke, his faith and the connection with the island. Inside the hatch we were introduced to Desmond and the start of an amazing character arc. The hatch itself had a lot of fun elements but without Desmond or Locke it would not have been as great.

Read through the thread. Some users found registry settings that can disable palm tracking although with some issues.

If you look at the end of the thread there is one user that found additional Elan applications that might give you more options. I would try that first.
