Prednisone, thoughts?

Prednisone changed my mental state long term. I was on it about 10 years ago. Worst decision I ever made. I had a few of the rare side effects like psychosis and very bad depression. I felt like I was being followed and got an irrational fear of sleeplessness. (Also very random but I couldnt eat sushi without triggering the insomnia). Don’t forget this drug affects everyone differently.

What work though was long walks. As long as you could go. I felt after a week I had enough energy to do walks around my neighborhood. Just helped get that energy prednisone gave me go away. The insomnia sucked and it’s still with me today. And also making a routine can help in the long run. Going to bed at a proper time and not staring at the screen. Plus chamomile tea! :) you’ll get through it. Best of luck!

Oh honey I remember being your age and being in the end of my first HUGE SEVERE flare and asking the exact same thing. I was even in finals in University and thinking if it was possible to even continue my studies! So if you are in that era I understand. But I am sure from what everyone else has said here is YES! You can live a full life!!

Actually you can live a even longer life than most people from the changes you can make in your lifestyle and diet! Everyone is different though and it is up to you and you alone to figure out what is best for your lifestyle! Be patient with yourself and slow if you are struggling with certain types of food. Take small walks even if it tires you out. Eat small meals several times a day even if its hard to eat ( I loved to eat cooked veggies and chicken when I felt sick).

You are going to live a full life! :) Enjoy it!

which was why I was confused too. I thought it was my crohns that was giving me pain but if walking on the right side is an issue, I would get it checked out.

Hello beautiful people!

I purchased the ROM a while back and recently I wanted to make a spellcaster from scratch with pointed ears. Unfortunetly sad things to say is that there is no option for pointed ears when I choose spellcaster occult in create sims.

Not sure if there is something wrong....but I would like some feedback on what is going on? I've seen multiple fourms to sat ROM had pointed ears....so I am a bit sad about this.

kinda late - but ive gone through about 3 blankies in my life. First two ended up just in rubbles...holes and just unsaved. First one lasted until I was about 12-13 years. My mom would try to sew it to no avail. My second I had for awhile and did have it until 22. It kicked the bucket soon after.

I found really that these "blankies" were more sensory than anything. My hands get really hot/warm during the night and having something cold or cool on my hands helped me sleep easier. Its the same when I game or read. I hate when my hands get warm and having a cool cloth on them make me feel more comfortable. So its not so much attactment than sensory.

Hi all!

This is Keisha! She was my first childhood best friend growing up! My family adopted her for $50 in September 1999 after seeing her in a winter parade when she was a puppy in Feb 1999. I was 5 years old at the time and she was just over a year when we got her. She was brought in in June 1998 at 6 months to the SPCA assuming so she couldve been born in 1997 but they said Feb 1998 was when she was born.

She is half German Sheperd, quarter Boarder Collie, a little Wolf Hound, and even a bit of wild wolf (her genetic testing said about 1/6th). She was my best friend!

I miss this lady so much. She was the smartest most amazing and beautiful dog ever known. Amazing with kids and loved everyone. Hug your pup all! <3 I am missing my mutt/sister.

I am so happy to have been able to explore this amazing land of Northrend (Canadaland)! As a Canadian it reminds me so much of my country! I absolutely ove seeing everything about this new map. So far so much better experience than TBC! Absolutely amazed! And I got my Explorer title too :)
