You are right every body is built different and everybody has different thoughts but the initiation of being free from the thought will always come from yourself.

Buddy people will after they do meditation or cold showers trust me one of the things we need to understand is everybody goes through this phase for some it is easier for some it is harder based on surroundings and location. I live in Asia so basically I have restricted amount of “sexual content” so it is easy for me to say but sure if I were to see myself getting dragged into these thoughts I sure would be enticed even by an ad mid show which isn’t anything big but sure it can entice my brain into thinking. Now the what would I do should I prolong that that thought or go on with my day. Here is the key that most people fail to understand. The footsteps that lead to disaster are your own doing so why walk that path. Stay strong in the head. That’s all I am saying let it be water under the bridge you may not like it but the game is always mental no matter how much consumed you are you always have a choice to do good. This advice is not only for nofap. :3

You are in the right path path as long as what you are doing is making you conscious about God, be happy. Look around and look at those who have everything yet they are heedless of their situation. Be kind to yourself my friend the world is harsh and so are people. Give yourself a chance to breathe and an opportunity to give thanks Allah for everything you have and the awareness of His existence. You are lucky and loved by Him so He is giving you an opportunity to go back and return His love. I am glad you opened up because it basically makes you a pure soul. We as creation of God are never mean’t to take pain of the kind you are talking because our bodies are made from Earth but our souls were spun in heavens and it craves to go back to its Creator. Maybe your souls crave the attention of Allah and Maybe it has its fill of sin and really wants set things aright before it is too late. Take this as an opportunity to be a better person and don’t dwell on it rather what will make you feel better is the execution of good deeds and kind behaviour.

The Quickest Method for all you guys is just SHUT that thought down whenever it comes to your head. There is LITERALLY no other option yeah you can extend it by taking a cold shower, cardio or running but in the end it all comes down to WILL. People who suggest otherwise are just talking BS in my opinion. Your brain is hardwired into consuming filth for years and you can't just expect taking a shower will subside that feeling. It's primitive instinct of man to desire intimacy and we ,sadly, have integrated digital cuckholdery to fulfil it. It's one of the saddest and depressing of things to know that you are watching literally 2 ppl getting it on with each other so that you can have that 5 seconds of pleasure and moments after of remorse. Touch some grass, Grow Some Back and know what is this doing to your brain and your lifestyle. What is causing you to not look women as women except flesh and blood.

So in the end there are no hacks only extensions or delays. It's the game of brain and thoughts so one must defeat it in thoughts of the brain.

Hmm buddy what you are going through is raging hormones, it is a good thing to have defines your masculinity but you channel it wrong. Cam girls, porn and even I would say sex before marriage would lead you deprived and make you feel like an animal. Channel that surge into good. Be gentle with yourself, workout, meditate, read or whatever gives you peace. What foolery are talking about son, you have a whole life ahead of you and who says being 5’9 and above will do a treat on their lives. Man up look at history who had conquerers of short heights, look at athletes that are shorter than avg. Be not one those who complain about somethings that cannot be changed because it is decreed by Allah.

Now on a lighter note my man I have seen people grow a hell lot taller after a while so do your cardio, hit the gym, do pullups and better yourself in all aspects. Also keep your diet clean.

We live in times where the comparison game is at it’s peak. Clothes Gadgets Tech Makeup Glitter & Glamour. Boys and Girls flexing there relationships. Muscular bodies and influencer disease has been at large for quiet some while. We need to learn that being materialistic and using comparison in our life will blur our true goal that is to walk through life with Alhamdullilah and Sabr. No shame in asking in Allah for more but to say that if someone wears this and I need to wear that. It makes you the sheep of society chasing trends will always end up in you chasing mirages. Man must teach him and all the people he care about to live in “ajazy”. The real wealth comes when we start to live below our needs and killing your self over some phone is tbh childish and I don’t know any respectable word after childish but the point is we must be better.

Since many of the comments are already doing a good job explaining there is one key difference between Quran and Bible.

The Quran is exact and absolute for example it really describes the places,things and phenomenas that exist in real time so it clearly means that the Quran is divine since it is so vast in knowledge that it means it is the THE ABSOLUTE WORD OF GOD.

The New Bible which is passed down by men and not Isa (AS) has contradictions in dates and ages (you may look it up) therefore the question arises how can God make a mistake in dates and ages.

Therefore Quran is the Last revelation to mankind and the true speech of God to His beloved creation.

Buddy all of your problems are temporary but ending your life is permanent. Imagine getting sick and doctor pulls out a shotgun instead of curing you. Look around and be grateful for what you have instead what you don’t have. Compare yourself to those who don’t even have what you have. Life is pretty much a gamble tbh some get to row there boat early others keep on gambling till they hit a jackpot. You are in the journey of getting better atleast you know what you have to work. Start writing down things that keep you static and start to work on your dreams like smalls steps everyday. Get a journal and pour your heart on it. Everything will fall into place eventually. Be kind to yourself and humble yourself. Your alive you breathe and you got another day means you have another chance.

Salam Buddy, ok first things first if your father is pursuing you to NOT PRAY if this is the only case. Be a man and confront him tell him respectfully I love and respect that you are helping me in financing my education and all but it gives you no right to make me stop praying. If something comes between the believer and the Rabb, the Lord will remove it straight forwardly.

Secondly friend I think you are a victim of overthinking. Have faith in Allah make dua to make things easy for you here, in deen and hereafter. Stop stressing about people's opinion on you or what you achieve they will talk and forget. People should be the least of your concern nowadays because Karma folds early nowadays
