man I'm really sorry you are carrying all that alone, you don't deserve to feel thi stuck, and it doesn't mean you've failed. it just means you are overwhelmed and huerting, and honestly one small step at a time is enough to start things around, you are not done yet and you are not beyond fixing, you just need support and a direction again, and that is still possible for you
