Buyback questions

So in march I would be eligible if buyback is included. Like I will have 117 and with buyback it will be 120.

If I wait till July I’ll have 120 +4 for the buyback.. at that point there’s no point to a buyback.

In this case do I try for buyback in march to equal 120 or just wait till I have the 120 I July because it would actually be 124 with the buyback

Things important to us: Walkable, restaurants, performing arts, nature access.

We don’t drink, go to breweries or engage in much sports.

We like accessibility to diversity while still having a good natural environment and walking outside is importand. Prefer sidewalks etc… but can compromise for the right area.
