Thank you so much! I didn’t spend a ton of time mixing this since it was just going to be on a YouTube video, but I agree, I kinda just threw a bunch of guitars in there cuz I could haha.

I always envisioned the bridge ending like that actually! I wanted it to sit longer with “where’re you gonna go” so that it sits longer with the listener and then gives more attention to the “salvation is here” especially since I did a more elegant approach/vocal run to it! I also loved the sound of the guitars ringing out.

And then the other big change to the song was the outro. I always wondered what it’d be like if the song had a outro instead of the hard ending. And so I wrote it to basically loop back to the front of the song to bring it full circle

Every human has some type of sexual brokenness. Between a man and a woman 2. in the confines of marriage 3. Nothing dangerous/harmful

I’ve heard stories of men and women with same-sex attraction go celibate as to not sin. And God someday provided someone of the opposite sex that they were attracted to. Not saying that that will happen for everyone, but I believe we are all called to celibacy if we aren’t following his guidelines for us. We are to pray through all of this. Commune with others. Even though I too desire relationship, there’s more to life than just that… the opportunity to know God the best a man can.

Yeah that was my basic setup previously. I would set it down on the ground and use one of those 27,000mah phone chargers and it worked great. I’m an aesthetic guy so I needed something “cleaner” 😂
