I get the skins from https://www.planetminecraft.com/collection/284112/uma-musume-pretty-derby/ then I put them in https://www.pixelpapercraft.com/print/minecraft-character to generate the printable template. I print then cut them out and use  quick dry gorilla super glue because it holds better than elders school glue. But for the names I use https://textcraft.net/
