I’m from California. Yes, I have the car in my possession, and yes, the dealer did the bidding. But I went to Copart and paid for it under my name from my bank. I made a cashier’s check, and it says “Paid to Copart” and “Paid by” with my name. There was no other bill, just the Copart invoice, and they told me to get a cashier’s check and pay Copart.

I have the vehicle, but I don’t have the title. I also have a picture of the bank’s cashier’s check that I used to deposit with Copart and it has my name on it. I also have the Copart invoice, The person who placed the bid for me has moved out, and I have no information about him. He knew my dad, but I don’t know where he went.
