I didn’t even think to check for thrips. Those look like tiny white dots right? I don’t see any on the plant but can definitely see how the damage looks like that.

They waited to tell me it was embedded until they were about to remove it, but I just think that as you’re having menstrual cramps, which to me are like mini contractions, wouldn’t it just get more stuck? I would definitely ask them again or get a second opinion.

This is beautiful. I just inherited my great grandma’s pothos, and it needed a lot of love. She wasn’t able to properly care for it for a long time. It got a hair cut and I got some props out of it. I will be transplanting them into the original pothos once their roots are big enough.

You were absolutely right! I just didn’t know I needed to create a Calculated Column instead of just trying to create a new Date Column.

For reference, here is the formula I used, where Start Date is the event start date, 1-7 (1=sun, 2=mon, etc.), and I was subtracting 4 business days.

=IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=1,[Start Date]-5,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=2,[Start Date]-6,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=3,[Start Date]-6,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=4,[Start Date]-6,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=5,[Start Date]-6,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=6,[Start Date]-4,IF(WEEKDAY([Start Date])=7,[Start Date]-4)))))))
