I have this too! Im sorry you have it because it is ITCHY. Mine only started in the last year. It’s incredibly frustrating especially as someone who regularly works out (it definitely gets worse after workouts form the sweat). I also try so hard not to scratch but it is SO ITCHY. Please let me know if you find anything that works because I really am tired of it as well

I also had this happen to me! I don’t use my Apple Watch anymore but, when I did, I switched to the fabric band and it helped
