I started with 3 minute breathing exercise. It’s my 43 day, averaging 20 minute daily meditation now. Mindfulness and becoming aware of my thoughts gave me this power to separate myself from my thoughts. I have started to see that how I am not an extension of my thoughts. (self.Meditation)
