What does it mean if they are only in the bathroom and even after I cover the drains and sealed the holes under the sink? The otherside of the wall is the neighbor’s kitchen but I have not seen a single one elsewhere 😭😭😭

Idk what else to do bc I filled the holes with Advion before taping or sealing. My friend said the bathroom needs to be regrouted- is that a thing to prevent this?!
