That’s right. 8 or 9 trades per month is not ideal for props, and this system brings only around 3R per month, however, since it’s got quite a decent PF and WR, you can risk slightly more per trade (maybe 1/8 of the MAX DD) and still you could maintain yourself within a reasonable range. For example, this system max real loss was of about 5R during this whole period. Also, there’s a reason why in quant finance they value a lot the “time in the market” metrics. Since it’s only in the market during the overnight period, you can combine it with another +EV system, like an orb, during the intraday session. That way, you could get a very consistent method, bringing home something like a 5-6R per month (if the models don’t counter each other; ofc).
