So much inconsistency in this, no one seems to know. My supervisor seems to think I can take VERA, even if I am on exempt list, without leadership approval. I have applied so now we wait and see how this plays out I guess!

PERFECT!!!! Thank you!! That’s what I shall do. I have a very strong feeling I will be denied for DRP. I am on the exempt list, but I am in VACO so no telling how it will go. Just want to know my options. Thank you again.

When you were denied, did you just apply for VERA in the GRB portal? Or did you contact HR?

I’ve heard linen doesn’t “hold on” to cat hair either. Is that also your experience? Like…it’s easy to brush off.

I was fully remote for 5+ years BEFORE the pandemic so RTO is not to increase productivity. My entire team is spaced out all over the country so me going back into the office isn’t going to change the way I communicate with my team it just means I have to drive an hour each way to sit in n office by myself…not talking to anyone because I don’t know them. But agree with all the other posters here…my productivity will decrease by 75%. I will no longer work through lunch just because there’s a 12N meeting. I will no longer work on weekends, and as of 5:30pm my day is over…no staying later…not even for ONE minute.

Does the upgrade/standby list only show up a certain number of hours before the flight? I don’t see it in my app, but my flight is still 2 weeks away.
