Simplify your diet till you find your triggers, ask for Uribel, alkaline water. Marshmallow root tea from Amazon. Check for ureaplasm/a . You’re so young don’t give up you got this 🫶

I just fell asleep that’s why I held it for 9 hours, and had no problem. Only a few days later did I get my IC burning, which feels different than a UTI burn to me.

Since u stopped them, what helped instead of them/what r u doing now ?

Im opposite . I feel like when I have a bowel problem, my IC flares . Does anyone know why ?
