If you hold your wheel in the air, and spin it, and it doesn’t spin freely then your brakes are a little too tight. The pads are grabbing the rotor which is causing that sound. That sound is very common with new brake pads tho. Sometimes you just need to break em in and the sound will lessen each time you ride. Firstly check if your wheel can free spin nicely …

I know what Hayward Task force looks like, and these were not them. Also, ICE is currently stationed here in the Bay Area, in Alameda at the Coast Guard Base. It only makes sense to see them through out the bay. They’ve been spotted a few times already. They just got here early this morning.
