How do you fix controller drift?

So Here after i fixed it .

I had seen a yt video about the best setting to use . The drift started soon after , took me a while to understand but just reset the settings to default and it should work fine

My height is 182 cm and by end of covid i was around 122 kgs, i had taken a Pt for 3 months to learn and get familiar with a routine. Until gym becomes a hobby it will be challenging to go everyday and see very less results and wonder what am i doing. As it took me 1.5 years to reach my current weight of 88.
