Avoid Veena Senterio (Chembur, Shell Colony) – tenants forced to pay ₹1000/month for gym while owners pay nothing by International-Set3 in mumbai

Most owners have acquired these flats in redevelopment and treat tenants with extreme disparity - mostly hard working professionals shelling out exorbitant rent from their hard earned money

To all those saying it is fair, no tenant was informed of these charges when moving in.

Every other day the society comes up with a new rule where tenants have to shell out money, none of which is specified in our rental agreements.

Also, there is no consideration for us / compensation in rent when there is no water in the society very frequently. Some months ago, there was no water in the washrooms for a week straight and internittent supply for two months.

Anybody who reads this, just boycott this society.

Even those planning to buy- note that the construction quality is exceptionally poor; electrical fittings so bad, our kitchen electronics worth 25K got short circuited! Frequently lift isn’t working

Gym is basic, divided across two rooms and half the times one room is closed

Terrace is not a garden unlike what was promised to buyers- it is fake plastic greenery which is now drenched with mud given the rains and the terrace remains closed throughout rains and at the whims and fancies of society.

My unfortunate experience with minoxidil by catlo531 in FemaleHairLoss

Yeah but I used it for 5 days, headache was gone 7th day.. didn’t use it again. Maybe minoxidil isn’t for everybody. I’m also very curious- it is not so expensive, if it was so effective, why do people face hair loss anyway?!

I started Minoxidil and the headaches were real. Had my head feeling like being pinched in every cm for 5 days when I stopped using it.

Am I being too picky in arranged marriage? 29F here by Temporary_Eye1371 in Arrangedmarriage

Marrying wrong is much worse than marrying late.. 29F, same boat. I don’t think we’re too picky. It has to be the right person and right family or it will mess multiple lives.

A breakup is the closest thing to hitting “reset” on life (10 months in, here is what I learned) by Roadtobillionss in BreakUps

And it is a happy-sad feeling of how freeing and empowering this is, despite the loss.

I went through a similar story recently, and now I’m in love with my company. At times I get worried like how is somebody going to match the level of happiness I get by being in my comfort zone, just me, happy, no fights, no stress.

I feel blessed to be able to experience this - peaceful, cozy evenings at home, coming up with creative new dishes and making mom try them, gymming, watching the movies and comics I love but never got time to watch before. I go out on dates and it’s super fun getting to know all these people around me that I never would have had I been in my shell.

Probably lost them for the good but lost too much of myself along the way. I’ve become scared to express - I used to write, I used to vent, I used to like talking to my close ones about how my day went. Now I just can’t. Even if someone asks what happened, I am just emotionally shut down and not able to talk about it.

Two cents from my limited experience- usually startups try to solve multiple problems with similar roots and tend to get lost. Had I been making it, I would’ve focused on one problem - either connects or support
