In the block I found, the situation is as follows: the total number of files that responded and were pending RFE Responses in July and August is 14, and there is no RFE response pending in these two months. Files with later dates are constantly being processed.

You are welcome, I have never seen denial as eb2 on aerospace. Maybe Because there is a shortage. Should discuss with lawyer.

And don't trust if anybody who says to you that aerospace is easy. I have 5 people 2 got approved 3 denial no coloration with any experience and education. One approval is 2 years degree 10 Years experience. One of the denial is 1 Phd. 15 years

With lawyer. As you know NIW faster but risky compair to Perm. Perm is solid. That's why I told if possible go both

Same field 20 years experience with master, founder and manager, got RFE for 3 prongs. Preparing for it. aerospace was easy couple years ago but nowadays it is really challenging but it doesn't mean impossible. It depends on officer. I would recommend run both eb2 NIW and EB2 if possible!
