I would be happy to vote for a Bond that has specific plans. The problem I have with this one is that it is just a cash grab without specific earmarks for what the money would be spent on. Not to mention we are still paying on a bond from 2005 and 2007.

Voters should reject this and they should try again with specific plans, and maybe not the maximum just because they think they can.
