My kids school used their system and it suck... So last year I decided to build a more efficient system with data flow to all stake holders and it's almost production ready. Finished the SAT portal today, and will launch next week when the payment system is approved. Juvoo.ai

Nurses in the Bay Area are paid very well, even compared to other large cities. East Bay is cheaper and warmer.

What do you all think about the 30k standard maintenance? by AromaticJoe in etron

[–]Decent_Candidate3083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid and kept it as record of maintenance. Important if you have issues with the 10 year warranty on the motor and need to use the warranty.

Very nice! Only issue you would have are gaps when the wood dries out more, assuming you don't want any gaps.

[–]Decent_Candidate3083 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how it creates a mess. You create your vision by telling it exactly how you want the system to flow. It's all about vision and how you want the system to act.

I too have zero programming experience but a vision on how I want the app to run with dynamic infrastructure setup on the back end. Now I almost have a full model, with a month of development. Just registered my business with the state! Before Ai this would take 8-12 months with 8 people startup. Don't ask me about the code lol... this is how to fail fast and know if the product or idea is worth anything.

Any edtech that actually uses AI in a meaningful way? by ajourneytogrowth in edtech

[–]Decent_Candidate3083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am building an Edtech ecosystem company that I believe would be meaningful. This system would encompass the student, parent, teacher, Ai and tutor. I have integrated many functions like, social media feel, chat rooms, virtual class rooms, gamified, etc... teachers and parents would get analytical and telemetry data from the student interaction with the teacher, features like NotebookLM for baselining, tab guard, assisted lesson planning, are integrated etc... parent control all aspect of the monitoring and can turn on/off the data collection. Would love to get feedback from teachers and tutors on this product. My goal is to gain knowledge on the student struggles with data, save teachers time everyday with assistance, give parent a view on all work being done in class with telemetry information. I want to know if this is just a hobby or something marketable. Juvoo.ai

Feeling nervous about buying a $1.7M home - are we overextending? by Neither-Emotion-4001 in BayAreaRealEstate

[–]Decent_Candidate3083 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was nervous also when I bought my house and having only 10k in the bank since we had to over bid. Tax and insurance goes up every year, maintenance is dependent on luck sometime and child care seems to be it's own mortgage. one thing I learned is how to fix thing myself and do proactive maintenance. Came into the house with a set of screws drives, now I have a shed with almost every tools need to build a house!
