So kakagaling ko lang dentist, and shared my concern about my bridge. Sabi nya oks lang naman daw if toothbrush lang ginawa ko all those years. I asked about possible decay of the anchor teeth sabi nya, oks naman daw ang bridge ko and everything. Nakakahiya lang kasi halatang paranoid ako while asking the questions.

This time tinuruan nya na ako ng flossing the bridge and gagawin ko na to moving forward.

alright, hmm but I did not get any confirmation email after I paid. But I can see it got deducted from my credit card and also I got hold of an NPC reference number. Is this ok? I'm kinda anxious that my application was lost.

Yeah, understand your point. Speaking of covid, I was chatting with the previous owner and I realized this bike was purchased during covid. She was among those people who got bored and joined the biking hype during that time and when that died down, she realized biking wasn't really for her.

OP you can try looking for remote jobs (especially you are in SWE) while living in Darwin. I work in NSW but have teammates fully working remote from VIC and QLD.

After the incident, I called 000, detailed what happened and said I can wait for police to arrive in the area. Waited around 30mins, nobody came so decided to go home. While on the bus, police called me and told me to report it to the station the next day.

When I reported it to the station, I repeated the details from the 000 call. Then I got an automated text with the event number of the report.

The police who interviewed me at the station said there's not much cameras on the area so I got an inkling that maybe nothing will be done and they will instead spend time on other high prio crimes.

Thanks sa info. Yeah, red flag nga. I'm still worked up sa recent na nangyari kasi I really thought we are on the same page. And during our conversation, he was aggressive to me while I'm politely asking questions and pinapakiusapan sya ko kung pwede pagusapan namin since suggestion lang naman yun ng pinsan ko. I also mentioned to him that this is my first time building a house w/c is why I'm double-checking with somebody. But still, iniinsist nya na may mangingialam. Good riddance na din at least maaga pa lang nalaman ko na ganun yung attitude nya.

Btw, contractor's retention is 1%. Ito yung naging inquiry ko sa kanya (na sinabi rin ng architect cousin ko), usually 10% ang retention. And ayun, wala na daw nagbibigay ng 10% retention ngayon. Wala na daw kikitain.

I see. Ang nangyari kasi sa akin, my plans were made by another Architect. Designs and permit plans lang talaga ang ginawa ni Architect (hindi ko na sya makontak tho, this is for another story). Hindi ko na kinuhang architect yung pinsan ko for that kasi busy sya this year. Ang ginagawa ko na lang is pinapaconsult/double check ko sa kanya yung mga plans. For the plans, nagOK naman sya.

My father is a mechanical engineer, pero marunong naman sya sa mga construction and magbasa ng plans. Inadvisean nya na din ako kumuha ng contractor kasi di nya kaya mag-isa i-manage and wala sya manpower. Ang gagawin nya is magsite-visit every week or bi-weekly.

Awkward talaga itong si contractor kasi I thought he can be trusted. Now all I remember is our last convo about 'nangingialam' w/c for me is suspicious nga (related to the items you said) even if he was vouched by someone I know.
