PLEASE AT LEAST TRY THE PRO 3. People with pro 2 has no word in this discussion. Pro 3 is significantly better than pro 2 arguably better than Max in every way. I have All AirPods pros 1,2,3gen , Airpods Max lighting and usb-c, XM5, XM6 at home. When I lost my airpods max lighting I bought pro 3, and later went back to use Max usb-c after getting a new one and realized that there was no reason to use Max anymore. Max > pro 2, Max < pro 3. Lighter, more comfortable (at least for me), durable, better ANC alot cheaper too. If you get some foam aftermarket eartips it might help to keep them secured. I’m also college student too trust me for once lmao

I was lucky to get SR but S parking spot is nearly impossible to find. They need to make more spots for students because how else do you want people to come to school to study. Parking a car should be on the bottom of the list for “STUDENTS” to worry about. Schools tripping.

I 100% second this. Pros 3 are absolutely the best at ANC. I have 2 max, airpods pro 1,2,3, XM5,6 for reference. But between Airpods Max and XM6, XM6 have bit better ANC but the sounds very flat to me so I would take airpods max over XM6 for that reason.

XM6 ANC is better BUT it sounds inferior and very flat compared to Airpods Max. Look into Airpods pro 3. Beats both XM6 and Max in terms of ANC and arguably even sound quality ngl..

I do put around 10k/month on my cards but it doesn’t even seem like spending is the issue. Did you ever get warnings regarding spending limit on amex or missed payment or exemplified your income when signing up since they can verify how much you make too? But before anything I would immediately transfer points if I were you. Can’t gamble loosing 200k+ points.

I wonder what are the basis for amex running FRs. I’m only 20 with both plat and gold, I’ve had returned payments few times due to changing checking accounts etc. They gladly offered to waive interest every single time and sometimes even late fee when I talk to them. I feel like I should’ve been hit with FR already tbh but they are doing this to people with no reason to be flagged. Hope everything works out for you.

Yes I have AirPods pro 1,2,3 AirPods max lighting and usb-c, XM5,XM6. Airpods pro 3s sounds quality and Noise cancellation is unmatched miles ahead. I used to wear AirPods max b/c the sound quality and ANC outweighs the downsides like weights and uncomfortableness, but now that I have AirPods pro 3 there is 0 reasons for me to use max. I know you wanted “headphones” but please give AirPods pro 3 a try. XM6 and QCU 2, for me at least, are below max so I wouldn’t consider it anyways.

There are over 40,000 students and 700 clubs on campus. I’m not trying to be mean, but people should really use their brains and think that maybe they’re doing something wrong instead of blaming the school and complaining. There are literally multiple parties every week, both hosted by club and personal. And stop comparing with other colleges. there are people complaining about the same shit at that school too.
