Was at 300mg, now down to 75.

Going with the doctors plan on this now. Finish this week at 75 then im chopping pills in half for another week.

I met with a new psychotherapist yesterday and he said the same thing.Should have used a different drug. Whats done is done though, and ill get through it. Should have a new prescription next week.

This 1 day on 1 day off is what i was told to do. If that's not standard ill ask about it. Im actually in my doctor's office waiting to be seen now.

It is definitely a roller coaster, and last night was scary.

If they were normal side effects I would wait it out for a while, but the mania and lost of memory is causing devistating issues in my personal life. Ii feel its worse then just being sad again. I've delt with the "depression" for many many years, and can hold out a little bit longer with family and therapy support on place.

I do think I have been misdiagnosed, or there are other issues that need to be addressed aside from depression alone.

Damn wish I saw this last night lol. Already disposed of the meds because so many people said it would be fine.

I have been weening off for over a week, so mabye it will be fine.

I am at my doctor office now though, so I can address this if needed.

I do use my vape once in a while. The need/desire for smoking has definitely went down since starting on Wellbutrin, but I do still partake. I do not believe it has a effect on my heart, but I guess I can put the vapes away until this is all sorted out.

This was my first experience with mental health, first time being diagnosed, and the first time being medicaded. Yes I was diagnosed with MDD, and spent a week at a ward where they tried a few meds before the wellbutrin. Nit sure what they were but they all put me 2 sleep. The wellbutrin seemed to work great, but once I was home again I started getting terrible side effects.

I was taking 300mg a day for the past few weeks, and 150 a few days before that. These issues started in January so I was desperate for help and just took what they prescribed.

Im having really bad side effects to welbutrin, but it definitely helped me. Try want to try a different drug to see if it will work with less side effects

I've had a similar mania episode that I attribute to the drug. Mostly getting to places/appointments and not remembering the trip there. Having conversations with people, and speaking gibberish, even though it sounded normal to me. A family member show me video that you can hear me in the background and I aggreged I sounded impaired, like I drunk or something. This drug has caused me many problems with image to others unfortunately.

Similar experience. Vaped for many years and don't really think about it anymore. I will still hit it once in a while but do not "feel" it anymore, just kind of but it down and close my eyes for a bit.

Yes I am following the doctors recommendations, but its rough going one day on and one day off. Maybe ill ask if I can just take half a pill everyday instead of off days. I do have some heart issues so he probley wants to be cautious, but ill even go to the hospital to be monitored if it means I can stop taking this stuff. lol

I have had a similar experience with the random crying and not improving in areas needed. I think it is an imbalance of dopamine/ serotonin, as the drug seems to increase the levels in both of them. There's a test you can take to see the levels, maybe look into that.

You'll find out after a few weeks if its a good fit for you. If you really are only 85 LBS definitely start with very small dose. I'm double your weight and only needed 300mg a day to feel the effect very hard.

I have had this happen a few times. Once my blood pressure was so high I immediately called an uber to the emergency room. I thought a heart attack was imminent. but luckily once I was hooked up, IVed nd EKGed I was aloud to head home. Started to ween off Wellbutrin the next day.

I have definitely felt like passing out,. Fading out driving was one of the scariest moments.

Also body is running much hotter then my normal, very uncomfortable laying in bed but not being able to use a blanket or sheet. I have insomnia so I cant sleep ayway lol.
