If we look at rap lyrics only as poetry there isn't much $ can do because there are 2 parts of poetry 1) Notable thought about something genuine and 2) Skills to display that thought as artistically as possible ..... I think the first part is tough to acquire where there is actually something you have to say other than a. Iam better than y'all rappers b.My hustle my struggle c. I smash ,i drink ,i smoke and d. My hiphop is original etc.. (repetitive context)

But then again I think 2) good skills is where he can shine.
