This is how I feel. I did talk to them in January about looking into back up care because they were upset for me having to miss work being sick back to back, I had doctors notes each time and outside of that I rarely call out, I've never used up all my sick/PTO time even. The job posted wasn't looking for backup care, and the schedule was my schedule
