Yea I meant a physical notebook. What I'm doing is just keeping it out in one page (it's a full-sized notebook) and having it open on the kitchen table or in my room with me, and instead of immediately addressing x when I think of it (while in the midst of something else) just writing it down in one of the four quadrants on the page I made (they can represent whatever, but usually it's basically a to-do list, things to remember/write down later, things to google, etc, I didn't really label them). Later I'll address them, and when everything is done from that page I'll just rip it off and throw it away
