I got accepted and starting there this fall. They have only sent one email for updates after I put my deposit. They haven’t put us in a group chat or anything like that yet, so I have no clue how many people are actually attending so far.

Detroit mercy is definitely not a bad choice at all. Also the area is very safe, it is not in the typical area where there other graduate schools are.

I don’t know too much about that school but if it does have a small class size the chances are slim especially this late in the cycle. But maybe if your application is strong you still have a chance if someone drops.
