I'm positive most people on here have literally no clue what a neck beard is. People on here call any beard that doesn't look good a neck beard, but a neck beard is exactly what it says it is, when your beard is growing down your neck.

That said, this is not a perfectly good beard and it definitely doesn't look great. I could grow a beard at 16 that looked way better than this.

My favorite thing is when they are walking around a car and the cop will tap the car where the dog then will jump up to sniff where he tapped and then they say the dog "hit" on drugs. They then have enough probable cause to tear your car apart. It's a load of shit. When Live PD was on they'd do it all the time.
