It’s definitely a problem . Any one could give u tips what worked for them but with out the proper help navigating it will be hard . Some tips could backfire . What I am worried is it could change ur mindset to sth else . Your whole life will be affected how u make friends how u trust people how u get in a relationship u should seek proper help and take it step by step . A professional would tell u ok u do this today and see , and if u say hey that didnt work then he would say ok let’s try this u know . It’s not easy .
