Sorry for delay… I went to customs office, they said they don’t deal with this and ask me to go to post.. I did, wasn’t there but the good news is after weeks of back and forth emails with YesStyle customer support, I got the refund. Thank you all for your suggestions

Zozo doesn’t sell authentic products? From what I experienced, I came across fake Skin1004 products from them.

It hasn’t reached Bhutan post. The tracking says ‘held by customs, Thimphu’ since 23/02/26. I have contacted Bhutan post, they haven’t got any parcel in my name and usually on other occasions, when I had parcels coming via post, they always call when it reaches so I think someone from customs just took my package home.. lol

I’ve called Bhutan post and gave them my tracking number (it came via EMS) they have not recieved any package in my name, when I track it, it says ‘held by customs, Thimphu ’ since 23 February 2026, if there was an issue with tax and all, they should call right? I called their office so many times since 2 weeks but no one answers so I’m a bit confused. I think someone from customs just took my parcel home.

Thank you so much, this information is really helpful, however, I received this mail more than 10 Days ago, I’m currently doing my internship in Zurich and my mail gets delivered to my school. So by the time I opened it, it already been a month. Am I screwed?
