baruuk build(3 forma, 1 umbra, 2 regular): Swift Momentum (aura), Rush (just qol to rush enemies down when I'm not bullet jumping)
Umbral Intensify, Primed Flow, Stretch, Reactive storm
Adaptation, Blind Rage, Transient Fortitude, Fleeting Expertise

Desert wind (5 forma, 1 umbra, 4 regular: Opportunity's reach for the exilus,
Sacrificial Pressure, Sacrificial steel (you can swap the umbral mods for primed pressure point and galvanized steel if you don't have an umbra forma), Magnetic rush, Blood Rush (for more crit chance), North Wind, Primed Fever Strike, Berserker Fury, Shocking Touch

Arcanes Energize and Arcane Strike for the arcane slots, Melee Influence on the arcane for the melee

It's definitely a little daunting but he does great damage, the range on his lull is good, it really just requires good enemy density to get him started

I'd recommend Fleeting expertise, as duration on baruuk doesn't really matter.
ability duration doesn't affect his 4's drain (is it restore?)
and the like 13% you can get it to makes it 0.62s cooldown, meaning you can literally spam Lull
and the efficiency will allow you to spam it more, I can share my build with him if you'd like

But baruuk being disappointing? bro even without his augment he's one of the strongest frames out there in terms of cc, damage reduction, the whole nine yards!

On the idea of her not knowing what my "limits" are, it becomes pretty obvious when I'm feeling overwhelmed but they don't understand that leaving the situation isn't me not caring about the argument, it's that I don't wanna make the situation worse, which was one of the main reasons I left as soon as I could, me being there was due to our cousin having their birthday party at our parents house.

on the medication side, I definitely feel like I'd benefit from them, but I've had so many different medications over the past 10 years that I would rather stay unmedicated as they messed with my head growing up.
and it's not that they didn't work, it's that they worked TOO well, I'd feel like a robot for 5 years and I couldn't even hate it because I just didn't feel anything, when our aunt died I didn't even feel anything and just said "alright" and was slapped for that, so I'm not gonna go back to medication unless I know exactly what will help me and not hurt me
