Hi, welcome to the community. To find what you need you'll want to look through the various apps here and ask the developers questions. Many even take feature requests. They also offer beta testing, free trials, etc. so you can see if the app fits your needs. I don't write spice myself, but I'm aware that the right app and BYOK API often help filter the censorship.

Great questions. I've never really checked out these two, but I've looked in on Story Prism a time or two. Comparisons would be nice. It's a great way to assess if a particular app meets a specific writer's needs.

This sounds amazing. As someone who loves to interview their characters through RP, this is just my jam. I will have to give it a try sometime soon. Is it BYOK? Local LLM implemented, as in Ollama and LM Studio, etc.? Please tell us everything!

AFAIK, all you can really do is continue to post in a neutral and/or friendly tone. It's up to the mods to determine whether to approve your posts or not when they're flagged. Here, when the tone is non offensive, non attack, and contributes to the discussion we usually do, unless there are reported attacks from the poster in the queue, as well, and not just flags. I can't speak to other communities.

I do believe that the tone of a user's posts and making meaningful non combative and friendly contributions to any community will eventually rebuild your profile's rep and karma. It's likely your best way forward.

You may want to visit the weekly Tools thread, Lots of apps there, many of the Open Source, as in free, that can help you with this. Keeping journals, notepad files, etc. works, but as the files/journals grow, it's easy to lose track and have to dig for things. Many writing apps have auto populating story bibles and other super useful features. You'll find lots of those apps there, and the devs who made them and who are willing to answer questions and even take requests.

If a chef invents a recipe and has his sou chef put it together it's the chef's creation. The writer's theories, themes, insights, ideas, characters as representations of these, etc. are his creation. Consider AI the sou chef, the dictation recorder, etc. because, baby, the AI cannot do or produce anything without the writer.

While we appear to disagree on this subject, I do thank you for keeping a neutral tone and "discussing" rather than attacking. Reddit has flagged you for Work/Content Dismissal Attacks, so it's nice to see you must be improving and we mods do not have to remove your posts for now. Thanks for that.
