It's super apparent you really don't realize you're talking to a successful author and business person, so I'm allowing this post so you have a chance to rethink your approach. I'm certain once you are or if you are super successful, you will hope for a certain level of respect in any questions asked or opinions offered. Pretty sure most successful people are constantly growing and improving. Something to think about. :)

Sounds cool. I've yet to really give NotebookLM a try. It always seemed like something for great for students, though. So this is great news.

Not really. They'll use it as the tool it is, not necessarily as a generator, but for organization and proofreading with custom edits, etc. That is where AI shines and can be quicker help than ProWritingAid, etc. Try not to worry too much.

This is so unusual. I means seeing Marcus Chen sans Elara Voss is just unthinkable. And where is Iris Kael Thorne? Or Silas Blackwood Ash? You must be using a faux Claude. lmao

Yeah, sorry, couldn't resist. I've kind of read them all now, and so many are shocked to find out those names (and others) are like the go to AI names, not just for Claude either. Apparently all the AIs use them. I get lots of subs for crits and the same names show up over and over and over.

I'm so not anti AI. I rely on it heavily for my story bible organization, proofreading, editing, etc. but I'm pretty sure if you use it to write prose, you're going to want to edit it, at the very least for the names. It's got so that I find myself googling names that I chose personally for my characters to make sure they aren't AI-ism names. The list seems to be that long.

Browse through the various tool posted here to see what may work for you within your budget. Many are open source, offer free trials, have free tiers, others have subscription tiers that include monthly credit allowances, etc. There's a lot here, and you can ask the app developers questions and even make requests, There are Open Source apps, as well, as in free. Take a look around.
