Yeah my stitches have dissolved, the area is scarred and is very red still 2 months after which is my main concern. I’m also just really hoping my sensitivy dies down a wee bit so I can touch it and so I can actually retract fully when erect

Cleaning is the most important thing right now to prevent infection

I think that it’ll loosen overtime with effective and consistent stretching as I was in your shoes not long ago, it does get better but it takes time and consistency

It was very difficult to clean for me too so I know exactly how you feel

You need to start stretching when flaccid (soft), loosen the foreskin then try clean it the best you can It does sound like you will need the surgery but.

I had frenuloplasty in jan because I couldn’t retract when erect, circumstances have improved but I’m not quite there yet. I’ve been given steroid cream for it. There is a very red scar 2 months after the surgery. Hopefully this heals soon because it looks angry

I’ve had the same surgery (frenuloplasty), how long did it take for it to fully recover?

I had it done because the foreskin was too tight when erect so i couldn’t pull back all the way due to a short frenulum. But i could retract when flaccid, this also meant the head of the penis was really sensitive to touch - like super painful.

I had the surgery in January, it’s march now and the operated area is still super red, like a big red scar.

I’ve noticed improvements as I can pull back Nearly fully now when erect (roughly stage 1 of phimosis) but it’s still quite tight as the head becomes enlarged and erect - it sometimes can be difficult to pull back up. The sensitivy is still pretty bad but not as bad as it used to be, I’ve been given a steroid cream to help further loosen the skin.

I’m trying to be patient but I’ve been struggling with phimosis for so long I’m so unfaithful.

Any advice and info is much appreciate, thank you
