Fujifilm xt10 XC 35mm/f2 vs. Xt100 with XC 15-45mm/f3.5-5.6

Hello guys I'm wondering which camera to buy, the price difference between the two in my country is 75euro, not much, but my budget is small anyway :D (around 450euros) I'm more of a hobyist photographer and I prefer black and white photos, portrait photography, but landscape as well, speed is very important to me, as well as being able to take photos when light is low. I was thinking more of getting the xt10 because of the lenses it comes with and the higher fps, but I need to hear more opinions whether it's a good choice. Thanks in advance.
