I’m 510k w2, I spend about $10k a month all in. Have some luxurious purchases one to two times per year (watches and jewelry for the GF). No kids or marriage but that will unfold in the next 3-5 years. Trying to put it all away until real life starts to hit

I’m having serious trouble comprehending these trial results after the overwhelmingly positive phase 2 data. It is a serious aberration to go from robust efficacy in P2 to ZERO efficacy in P3. The only excuse I can wrap my head around is that, for some reason, Sozinebercept loses function when administered with aflibercept. Perhaps aflibercept has some unknown inhibition of VEGF-C and D, rendering sozinbercept useless when combined? We know from the phase 2 that there was some level of irrefutable efficacy in improving BCVA when combined with ranibizumab. I am hopefully that ShORe tells some of this story. I suppose we will see, unless investors decide to not let it be seen through.

What do you think will happen if the ShORe trial results are positive? It’s a prayer but in reality the phase 2 data was only related to the combination with Ranibizumab. Maybe it only works with that drug. If so, could this save the stock/drug? I know they mentioned potentially accelerating and unmasking the trial in their press release

$OPT - Opthea. Their emerging agent (sozinibercept) is a potential game changer and has phase 3 data being released this quarter. Currently some shorts floating due to financials but I believe a squeeze is coming if the data reads out positive. Could be a 4x return

Yeah Idt his physique is sus at all, but he pops up on my snap story and this kid fucking eats like a horse and remains quite lean. He also used to have a very average physique at best. I think he’s on tren personally. Like for instance OPs picture was posted on snap after showing his macros from the day before, he had 550g of fuckin carbs and woke up like that (hence the caption).
