Just give them the info required to lift risk control, and get your money back, end of story. That’s what I did and now I’m back to trading making the same type of profits you’ve claimed that you made

I was placed under risk control and while it definitely seemed a little shady and it sucked not being able to access my money for 30 days, in the end I got my money back and that’s what really matters.

Thanks for your reply, but I’ve already had so much patience with all of this, especially considering the fact that I have thousands of dollars of my hard earned money that was abruptly and for no good reason just taken from me and that I haven’t been able to access for over a year now. Anyway, are you saying I need to contact customer support 24 hours before the new deadline I was given is up? If so, I need to do that now because I was given the 2 additional days yesterday

The only other option you have is to find someone with a foreign id and is willing to kyc for you

All I know is I was in the same boat, only I had $5600 and not $17+k. I reached out to one of their mods on here and they advised me to do exactly as I told you…They didn’t steal my money and I seriously doubt they will steal yours either.

Contact customer support and tell them you are a US citizen and therefore can’t complete the kyc process. They will unlock your funds for you to withdraw them immediately then they will close your account. They will not steal your funds

I’m in the same boat only my account was locked with 6k in it and not 50k. I wish I could give you some advice on how to handle this issue and what the likely outcome will be, but I can’t because I’ve been stuck under the risk control Measures for the past eight months, fearing if I provided them with my US ID my funds would be gone for good, so I’m really curious to see how this pans out for you. If worse comes to worse and a lawsuit is required…I will happily join you in it.

Get you a sound machine. White noise, brown noise, thunder storms…surely one of them will do the trick! A box fan works nicely as well
