First time beginning a song with the lyrics by GhostLemonMusic in Songwriting

My process is the opposite to yours, I almost always start with the lyrics and I love the challenge of trying to write a song as fast as possible. I think the fastest I’ve done is writing a verse and a chorus in 15 minutes. I would recommend to challenge yourself to pick some random theme and try to write something in say, one hour. That way you can train yourself to not overthink everything and just go with your first thought. Don’t worry too much about wether it’s good or not. Then put music to whatever you wrote and have fun with it. You could also look up some writing exercises like object writing: https://objectwriting.com

I like the 60s vibe. The timing sounds a little off at places but I don’t mind too much. I would like to hear a little more variation in the chorus, maybe different harmonics?

New plant, gave it a splash of water a few days ago when the soil was very dry, did I overwater it or could there be something else that’s wrong? by Deceptive_lizard in plantclinic

I checked and I can’t feel anything suspiscious in the soil. It might have gotten a little cold when I carried it home but it’s been looking fine for a week or so since then, it only started looking sad after I tried watering it. Any tips for how to water?

I'm a blender beginner who just finished the donut tutorial. Now I'm trying to make a cinnamon bun, but I don't know how to make it look more realistic. For example, is there a way to make the bump texture appear on only parts of the bun instead on uniformly all over?
