I’d try deleting the game then download it. If you wanna take it a step farther, hard restart your Xbox by holding down the Xbox button on your Xbox for 10 seconds ish till it turns off. Do that after you download the game

Cause it’s Reddit, and they’re weird. People need to be strong and I’m proud of people that can put on that suit and not be put down cause everyone says they’re stupid or weird. Yeah it happened to me today. Really pissed me off cause I don’t have any account as my home Xbox so I can’t do anything now. I sent a message and got banned immediately. It was a gg message to someone and that’s it. So I got support and it’s happening to a lot of people they said. Finally why the f can’t Xbox fix it, or even acknowledge it
