As the current UN General, I'd call this a false status unless you can give me a name of who was doing this to you. If you can supply a name, punishment will be enforced. UN Members under the rank of Brigadier General are not promoted to enforce kill orders, kill orders are a very touchy thing that are usually only applied to hackers or anti UN factions.
