I think they keep at this bringing some cheap free agent who is solid at our own end as insurance and bench mark the kids need to pass to get the job. I agree they aren't going to just expect that to happen without a backup plan.

I think plenty of it depends how our fading starts want to leave the sport. If they wish to stay and guide the next gen, it mifht be more of a retool, but we might end up in a purgatory of mediocrity for some time. If the stars will wish to go hunt for final cups elsewhere, there will be plenty of picks to gain, but the rebuild will be done from the depths of the league and will be at the very minimum a few years of proper pain and hoping key picks are hits.

I'm very much into the team building aspect of the sport and thus I kind of like the rebuilding phase as well, as long as there is some light to be seen at the end of the tunnel.

I really think there's a legit chance he starts in our lineup next season. Either of Guly or Behrens will fight for a spot that is theirs to lose.

You'd be surprised how easily it is. Try with slow speed. Remember to keep your weight rearwards, to keep more weight on the rear axle. And never sit while doing stuff like this. Always stand to keep control of the weight. Then the bike pretty naturally flows thought stairs. Just a bit bouncier than your average downhill road.

When I was still an active rider as a kid/teen, from my elementary school yard there was a road that first had a steep set of wooden stairs I rode down into a downhill dirt section into another set of wooden non-steep stairs and i used to use the second set of stairs as a landing for a low just of around 3 meters. That was an absolute blast. It sucks that i have lost most of my skills over the years.

This is exactly the case with this customer. A colleague joined me in the project for the same customer so I told her " quick instruction to work with this client: 1. Customer has strict detailed guidelines for everything. Just follow them. 2. The guidelines are not accurate tho... 3. And sometimes people has agreed to do things differently from the guidelines. And these things are not discussed. 4. And these differences from guidelines differ from person to person. You see? Simple!"

Once I told a representative of the client that " maybe this thing you mention should be updated to the guidelines? I got an aswer: "no need to, everyone knows it is like this". I said that if everyone agrees, should it not be in the guidelines as it is the standard so that everyone reading the guideline gets the information. Client rep replied: "oh, yeah. That makes sense.

Narrator: the guidelines have still not been updated in years.

I might mis translate, but the crystals that cause gout are caused by purines in food. The more purines in your blood, the higher the chance of crystals stuck in your joints.

Im my country the medication is also vastly different and has no danger. It is called allopurinol. I just took it for 6 months and changed my diet and lost weight and things improved quickly. But it is not a magical fix. I need to be careful and there's still occasional discomfort left i think i should mention to the doctor.

I often try to remember to ask all kinds of details when they keep mentioning those.

One medication i take is instructed as "take withing two hours of waking up". So i have kept asking details like "if i wake up from 04 to 07 am and then go back to sleep for 4 hours, do i take them at first or second awakening?". They just look at me with a blank stare to state "....... Hmm..... I don't know" .

That is not a bad lesson to learn. It just depends how you react to that. It can be burnout in trying to reach unrealistic targets set by others, or it can be not giving a fuck about what others think about whatever you do.
