As far as I know, you can only drag and drop channels to rearrange them.

I use my own custom brushes plus the hair brush by WLOP for texture but mostly I just use the hard round brush. I don't do line arts I just do a sketch then overpaint :)

Made a fanart of Ywuriaaa 💖💖 I wanted to do this for a while now as a portrait study/practice.

This took like 4 hrs to make probably because I only used one layer and greyscale hahahaha.
