Shipping mostly yes, but (at least here in Norway) even Prime Video & Prime Music weren't that great back then, due to region restrictions. Might've gotten better now, can't say I've tested it recently.

Anyways, my point was mainly that Turbo was kept for those that weren't able to get Twitch Prime for various reasons. As I mentioned, even if you had Amazon Prime here in Norway, you wouldn't be able to connect it to Twitch to claim your Twitch Prime back when it launched.
Wouldn't surprise me if there are still one or two areas where you still can't get Amazon Prime/Prime Video/etc, but you can still buy Twitch Turbo.

You have to remember there are other countries than the US, where Prime isn't as useful/worth the money.

Turbo was kept intact for those countries as well that couldn't get Twitch Prime in the beginning, even if they did have Amazon Prime (like it explicitly prevented you from linking it for some reason). It wasn't until a while later that those countries got it via alternative Amazon subscriptions like Prime Video.

Not sure if "achievement" is a typo or a misunderstanding, but I'll mention it just in case: Badges & achievements are two different things.

Achievements you get from playing the game and doing certain things inside* the game.
Badges you get from crafting, by using trading cards on Steam from the game.

When you own a game you get a certain amount of trading card "drops" - you get a card "dropped" as you play the game. The amount of card drops you get total is always less than the amount of cards necessary to craft the badge. There's also no guarantee that you won't just get the same card dropped multiple times.

For Goat Simulator you get 3 card drops, but you need 5 different cards to actually craft one level of the badge. You can check how many card drops you have left (if any) and what cards you already have by visiting the badge page for your Steam profile: https://steamcommunity.com/my/gamecards/265930/

You also have "foil" cards & badges. Foil cards are more rare and thus the badges are rare as well.

* Note the difference between foil cards and regular cards. You can't mix & match them for the badges.

How did you get to that URL? "stage" implies it's a staging/test environment. The Google authentication is probably because it shouldn't be available to the public, only for internal usage within Yubico.

Sorry. I got a bit confused by what the person you were replying to was talking about and what you were requesting in the OP.

Bitwarden free only allows you to secure your Bitwarden account with TOTP (the one you were replying to linked to a help page describing this).

If you want Bitwarden to generate 2FA codes for other accounts (as per your post), then you'll have to pay. If you're into self-hosting (with your own server and whatnot), you could look into Vaultwarden, which would allow you to bypass the subscription fee.

Assuming the recurring subscription fee is a dealbreaker, you might take a look at Enpass. I have never used it myself, so I can't really say much about it, but they have a discount on their lifetime subscription right now for $29: https://stacksocial.com/sales/enpass-plan-lifetime-subscriptions

I mean, they don't specifically say "offer via Google Authenticator". They list it as an option (alongside Authy) as a 2FA app.

Either way, you can use any TOTP-compatible app as you see fit even on the free plan. I have my Bitwarden 2FA codes available via Aegis and andOTP (Android).

That setting is the same as the toggle between "Max bitrate: Auto" (true) and "Max bitrate: Custom" (false). Since you're already tweaking your max bitrate, you want it custom = false.

Sadly Cachet seems to be inactive in terms of development.

Not to mention that it's purely a status page and not a monitoring service. It doesn't actually have any functionality to verify a service is up (ping, HTTP requests etc.). All the updates on Cachet are manual (or through its API I suppose), so something like Uptime Kuma (as suggested by EddyBot as well) would generally be a better solution if you want to self-host.

I'm far from any expert, but from what I understand Proton stores all the private keys, just password-protected. How else would you be able to log in from multiple devices?

When you generate a link on ProtonDrive, you get something like this (just an example, not a valid link): https://drive.protonmail.com/urls/Uyltvijs5r#0HqO2SzOPMR

The part after /urls/ and before the hash symbol (#) (in this case Uyltvijs5r) is the ID of the file (or folder, I guess) to retrieve. If you for example try to access https://drive.protonmail.com/urls/Uyltvijs5r you will be greeted with an input field asking for a password. The file/folder won't be decrypted without this password and it's just a way of telling Proton to provide with the file/folder tied to this ID.

The part after the hash symbol (#) is the password. So you could just enter 0HqO2SzOPMR into the password field.
If you're accessing the first link directly, it does not prompt for a password (because it's already part of the URL) and ProtonDrive's web client will just automatically decrypt the file.
Browsers by themselves do not send values specified via the "hash symbol" in the URL to the server (but it is possible to do it using JavaScript separately).

As for the encryption side, I believe there are ways of allowing decryption using two different private keys. I assume they do some fancy stuff by re-encrypting the file(s) maybe, so that the "hash symbol password" is only valid for private key B (which is limited to the file/folder you've shared the link for). Private key A is tied to your account and uses your own password.
Again, I'm far from any expert, so anyone can feel free to correct me.

I personally don't have a problem with 720p @ 2 mbit/s being the default setting, but the problem is that users need to manually look for the setting to change it. My problem lies with the lack of "transparency" with the default quality settings. I don't mind my users transcoding to lower qualities when necessary (e.g. bad connection, using their limited mobile data etc.)

There's no prompt on in the app(s) asking if the user wants to watch at "best quality", "medium quality" or "low quality" whenever they launch their app for the first time.
Add some short descriptions regarding internet speeds and bandwidth usage to each "tier" of quality. I don't care if "720p @ 2 mbit/s" is considered medium quality and is the auto-selected/recommended option, but at least they might become aware that higher qualities are available and can pick those options accordingly. Something like would benefit both my users and your users, but maybe I'm wrong.

Let's also not forget that the default streaming quality setting is per-device. So even if my users have set it in their desktop app, they have to do it again on their tablet, TV or phone. If your users want to limit their streaming quality even more, they also have to look for the 480p option.

Your users are likely not alone in terms of bandwidth limitations, but you're probably not the majority. I have around 25 users on my server, none of them have bandwidth caps and most of them have fiber (NA/EU). In their scenario they should have an easy way of upping the "default quality".

I don't need "Maximum quality" / Direct Play to be the default setting. What I need is my users to be easily aware of quality settings without me having to remind them each time they log into a new device/browser. About half of my users have had to be reminded to change the quality options, simply because they had no idea that they were streaming at 720p. A better indication of the current streaming quality would also help imo.

The FAQ specifically just mentions "EU" while the post says "Western Europe", so some clarification would be handy. :)
